Fernando Service Group provides Smart Serve Certified, Licensed, Insured, and Uniformed staff for any occasion from a small private party to a large event on the social calendar.

Our staff is well presented, polite, helpful, enthusiastic and articulate. They are between 18 and 30 years of age and have an outstanding attitude to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.

Our interview procedure is very thorough, as is our training. They are individually screened to ensure that they possess the right attitude and display initiative, courtesy and discretion. They then undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure a good understanding of all aspects of event service.

We will ensure that you receive full detailed time sheets with names of the staff before your event. This unique time sheet allows you to give feedback about each member of our staff. Positive feedback helps your client manager build a preference list for you, allowing us to find the same staff for you on your next event.
