Aloha

• 1 large can of Crushed Pineapple
• 2 cups of Guava Juice
• 1 cup of Apricot Nectar
• 3 cups of Orange Juice
• ½ cup of Lemon Juice
• ½ cup of Lime Juice
• 8 cups of Rum
• 4 cups of Ginger Ale

Bride's Bowl

• 2 cups of fresh Pineapple Chunks
• ½ cup of Sugar
• 1 cup of Lemon Juice
• 1 ½ cups of unsweetened Pineapple Juice
• 1 ½ cups of Peach Brandy
• 5 cups of White Rum
• 8 cups of Club Soda
• 2 cups of fresh sliced Strawberries
• Dissolve Sugar with Pineapple, Lemon Juice, and Pineapple Juice
• Add the Brandy, Rum and chill
• Just before serving add a block of ice, Club Soda, and Strawberries

Caribbean

• 1/5 bottle of Red Wine
• 1/5 bottle of  Whiskey
• 2 cups of Rum
• 2 ounces of Benedictine
• ¾ cup of Apricot Brandy
• ¾ cup of Triple Sec
• 3 cups of Orange Juice
• 2 cups of Lemon Juice
• Fresh Tropical Fruits

Eggnog

• 2 liters of Eggnog
• 4 oz of Dark Rum
• 2 oz of Cherry Brandy

Christmas Sparkle

• ½ cup of Pineapple juice
• ½ cup of Lemon juice
• 1/3 cup of Triple sec
• 1 cup of Brandy
• 1/3 cup of Grenadine
• 1 bottle of White Wine
• 2 bottles of Champagne
• Add Champagne just before serving

Happy Hour

• 4 cups of Southern Comfort
• 1 cup of Pineapple Juice
• 1 cup of Grapefruit Juice
• ½ cup of Lemon Juice
• 4 bottles of Champagne
• Add Champagne just before serving
• Garnish with orange slices

Holiday Champagne

• 4 cups of Ginger Ale
• 2 small cans of frozen Lemonade
• 1 small can of frozen Orange Juice
• 1 bottle of Dry Champagne
• 8 or 10 frozen whole Strawberries

Kahlua

• 2 cups of Kahlua
• 1 12 ounces can of frozen Apple Juice
• ½ cup of Lemon Juice
• 1 bottle of Sparkling Apple Juice
• 4 cups of Lemon-Lime Soda
• 750 ml of Dry Champagne
• Chill all ingredients
• Mix Kahlua, Apple Juice Concentrate and Lemon Juice and pour over ice cubes
• Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently
• Garnish with Lemon and Orange slices
