Lemon Ginger Toddy
- 1 oz of Dark Rum
- 4 tbsp of Lemon juice
- 3 thin slices of Ginger
- Hot tea
- Honey to taste
- Serve in a Mug
- Combine Lemon Juice, Ginger slices and boiling water and steep for a few minutes.
- Remove Ginger. Add Rum and Honey.
- Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.
Holiday Cider
- 1oz of Dark Rum
- 1oz of Apple Cider
- Hot Tea
- Serve in a Mug
- Garnish with shaved Orange Rinds and a Cinnamon Stick
Caribbean Tea
- 1 oz of Dark Rum
- 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
- Hot Tea
- Serve in a Mug
- Add Cream of Coconut
Cranberry Apple Tea
- 1 oz of Dark Rum
- ½ oz of Cranberry Juice
- ½ oz of Apple Juice
- Hot Tea
- 2 tbsp of Honey
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Dash of Ginger
- Serve in a Mug
