Yoga Class

Yoga helps individuals cultivate mindfulness in daily life, reducing distractions and painful attachments. It improves sensitivity, strength and stamina. In this class, we will explore a range of yoga postures and work with simple breathing techniques. It is suitable for all levels whether you are experienced or a complete yoga novice. A complimentary Yoga Mat with the company's logo will be given to each attendee.

Latin Dance Lesson 

Whether you have never danced before in your life and maybe never even thought about it, whether you don't do any other sports at all or whether you are an advanced Latin dancer and have been dancing since you can remember, whether you think you have 2 left feet or whether you just want to try something different fun and interesting - whatever your ability or background, we have the class for you!

Meditation

To find your way back to yourself after dancing we will have a meditation journey together. In the silence, through controlled breathing, concentration and the closeness to nature we will get in contact with ourselves very aware.

Chair Massage

This rejuvenating 20-minute back, neck, arms and shoulder massage will leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed and energised. This massage treatment has been designed to reduce the build up of tension in the neck and shoulder regions. There is no need to disrobe and no oils or creams are used. It's quick, clean and easy.

Mojito Bar

Lets bring back the times when meeting for cocktails exuded a sense of occasion!

The Mojito Bar  will be the final face of this wonderful Corporate Incentive and you can rest assure it will be remembered. We'll show you how to make it and flavour it, how to drink it and how to ask for more in Spanish.

Includes portable bar, bartender, spirits and ingredients. A complimentary goody bag will be given to each attendee containing a miniature bottle of rum, a wooden muddler, a jigger, ingredients and cocktail information.
